    Tammara K. Phillips

I bought my first Miyazawa flute in 1990, and I have been a devoted Miyazawa player ever since! In 2017, after more than 25 years with my first Miyazawa, I chose Miyazawa again when it was time for a new instrument. The tone is beautiful, rich, and incredibly responsive, and the instrument allows me to create the character and color I hear in my head. Whether I’m performing, teaching, or exploring new repertoire, I know I can depend on my flute to respond exactly the way I want. After more than three decades of playing Miyazawa, I know what I want from my flute—and I know I can count on Miyazawa to deliver it. Miyazawa is the instrument I trust to represent my musical voice.

Plays on: Elite HW with 9k headjoint and platinum riser
